No. Only technicians who log time and expenses need a paid seat. Admins review, correct, approve and export for free. If an admin also works in the field, they can take a seat themselves on the billing page.
No. When a shift is logged with the GPS clock, the hours, job, date and work type come from the clock session and the technician cannot edit them. An admin can correct a clocked entry, but the reason is recorded and shown on the timecard alongside the original clocked hours.
Set your own. Weekly and daily overtime thresholds, the overtime and double time multipliers, whether Saturday and Sunday are premium days, 2nd and 3rd shift percentages and how travel time is paid are all company settings.

Yes. Every record carries a company id and the database enforces the boundary on every read and write, not the app screen. One company cannot see another's jobs, people, hours or receipts.
