Each report covers one job and one day. It lists who was on site and what each person did, the photos they took with captions, and the materials used. Hours are optional: a Show hours switch adds them and is remembered for each job.
An AI summary opens the report. It is written two ways: a customer update for the GC or owner, and an internal status for your office that keeps change-order risks and owner decisions out of the customer copy. Admins can edit any summary before it goes out.
