Works with the tools you already pay for

Payroll: Gusto, ADP RUN, Paychex Flex

Pick the week and your payroll system, check the totals, and download the import file. Hours are split into regular, overtime, double time, travel, holiday and leave using your pay rules, with per diem and reimbursements alongside. ADP and Paychex match people by payroll ID, which you enter once per person. A plain spreadsheet export works for any other system.

QuickBooks Online and Procore (rolling out)

The QuickBooks Online connection sends approved hours as time activities for each employee and customer, and approved expenses as purchases with the receipt image attached. Nothing is sent twice.

The Procore connection sends each day's crew count, hours and daily report into the project's daily log, so the GC sees your work without another email. Both connections are finishing approval with Intuit and Procore.

Zapier, webhooks, API and job import

Add a webhook address, such as a Zapier Catch Hook, to send time, expenses, jobs and service tickets to HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Sheets and thousands of other apps. Every event is signed so you can confirm it came from DayReport.

Admins can create API keys to create and update jobs from a CRM or estimating system, and to read time, expenses and people. Jobs can also be imported from a CSV exported from HubSpot, Salesforce, Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan or a spreadsheet; importing the same file again updates those jobs.
