A schedule your crew actually hears about.
Put people on jobs by day and each person gets a notice when you add, move or remove them. The evening before, they get tomorrow's job with the address and start time. Before you save, DayReport warns you about double booking, time off and missing certifications.

Catch the double booking before the crew does.
Before you save, the schedule warns when someone is already on another job that day, has time off or a holiday, or is missing a certification the job requires.
- Set required certifications on the job (Jobs, edit the job).
- Time off requests are approved by admins and office managers, and show on the schedule.
- Schedule anyway if you mean it.
The crew knows where to be without a phone call.
Each person gets a notice when you add, move or remove them in the next 30 days, within about 15 minutes of your last edit (overnight changes wait until 6 AM). The evening before, they get tomorrow's job with the address and start time. Notices come by phone notification, or by email when notifications are off.
- A nudge at the end of the day if they have not logged their time, naming the job they were on.
- A reminder if they are still clocked in late, and one to sign their timecard.
- You set the reminder times for your time zone, and each person can turn theirs off.
See who is idle and what is heading over.
The staffing panel lists active jobs with nobody on them this week, people with no work tomorrow, and each job's hours logged plus scheduled against its estimate.
- Tap a person with no work tomorrow to assign them.
- Past days with nothing logged are marked Not logged on the schedule.
- The Timeline view shows job dates across the calendar.
Move people and crews without starting over.
Tap Crews to save the people who usually work together, with a name and a lead. Schedule a crew puts all of them on a job for a range of days, on the weekdays you pick.
- Drag an assignment to another day or person on a computer, or tap Move on a phone.
- You see conflicts first, and the person gets a notice of the change.
- Foremen and crew leads can add a saved crew on Log for Crew.
Service calls live on the same schedule.
Open service tickets with nobody on them show above the schedule under Service calls to schedule. Tap one to put a tech on it and the ticket moves to Scheduled.
- The tech sees the call, the problem and the caller's phone on My Schedule.
- Log Time picks the ticket for them, so every call has its hours.
- Directions and the site contact are one tap away.

Timeline
Job dates across weeks and months, next to the day-by-day Calendar.
Holidays
Paid holidays set once by the office and added to everyone's timecard. On a holiday, the holiday is paid instead of any time off.
Time off
Techs request time off from Schedule. Editing an approved request sends it back for approval.
My Schedule
Today and tomorrow first, with Directions, the site contact and the job's documents.
Log for Crew
Foremen log the day for everyone scheduled on the job, and each person gets their own entry to approve.
Foremen schedule too
Foremen put people on jobs and review crew time. Hours and pay stay with the tech and the office.
Default hours
Set the start and finish new schedule days get, like 7:00 to 3:30, for the company or for one job, with quick picks for common shifts.
Time off balances
Balances show what each person has used and has left, and sick, vacation and PTO hours can't go past the year's balance.
Multiple offices
Show one office's schedule at a time, and still put a crew on another office's job.
Questions worth asking first.
Who can edit the schedule?
Admins, office managers, project managers and foremen. Technicians see their own schedule on My Schedule and the team schedule, and request time off.
How does the crew get notified?
By phone notification when they turn it on under Profile, then Reminders, and by email otherwise. On iPhone, they add DayReport to the Home Screen first.
Can we require certifications for a job?
Yes. Set the required certifications on the job. The schedule warns you before you put someone on it who is missing one, and you can still schedule anyway if you mean it.
Does DayReport notice when someone did not log time?
Yes. Past days where someone was scheduled on a job and logged nothing there are marked Not logged and listed in the staffing panel, along with time logged on jobs nobody scheduled them on.
Can I schedule a whole crew at once?
Yes. Save the crew once with a name and a lead, then Schedule a crew puts everyone on a job for a range of days, on the weekdays you pick. You see any conflicts first.
How much does DayReport cost?
$19 per technician or foreman per month. Admins, office managers, project managers and accountants are free unless you give one a field seat to log their own time. 7 day free trial, no card to start.
